Recognizing a need is where it all started. In 2012, a conversation about unfulfilled needs in television and film project management software, quickly evolved into an in-depth discussion about the under-utilization of technology in industry specific environments. 

This discussion spawned more formal meetings and eventually led to the formation of a small company dedicated to providing technology solutions using a modern approach of full collaboration and integration.

The initial response of interested clients confirmed the existence of a very large demand for something greater than what the current market held.
